Oil – The Pain Killer of Rainy Days (Home Remedy No. – 03) Blog.- 23

Ayurveda states that, in rainy season VAAT increases and VAAT creates all kinds of pains- joint pain, body pain, pain in abdomen

So the Painkiller of rainy season is – OIL

  • So if you have pain with some kind of swelling then apply oil with warm properties like VISHGARBH OIL or Mustard oil.
  • If you have pain during walking or pain during movement with weakness then apply oil which has strengthening properties like MAHANARAYAN OIL , CHANDAN BALA TAIL .
  • Apply oil to the affected part ,do a very soft massage and then give hot fermentation.
  • Also put one drop or two drops of tail /oil in the naval area, massage little and go off to sleep.


Even consuming oil in this season is advised by ayurveda so if you’re not suffering from any major diseases like hypertension or cholesterol or obesity then oil is very good for this season.


So you can consume fried food ( anyways we get tempted to eat BHAJIS ) in this season.

So our Painkiller for the rainy season is OIL.

सुंठ- बारिश की बीमारियों पे रामबाण उपाय (घरेलू नुस्का नं – 02 ) Blog. – 22

बारिश बढने लगती है तो उसके साथ बारिश से होने वाली बीमारिया भी बढने लगती है | विशेषतः पेट दर्द, सांधो में जकड़ाहट, दर्द, हाथ -पैर ठंडे पड़ना या फिर सर्दी |

इस ऋतु का नुक्सा है – सुंठ या फिर सुंठ पावडर|

  • अगर बारिश की वजह से पेट मे दर्द हो तो सुंठ की पावडर गुड मे मिलाकर उसकी गोलीया बनाकर खाने से पहले उसका सेवन किजिए|
  • सर्दी साइनस में जम गई हो तो सुंठ पावडर तवे पर लेकर उसका जो धुआ है  उसे नाक से अंदर खिचे|
  • बारिश की ठंडी की वज़ह से सांधो में जकड़ाहट हो या हाथ -पैर ठंडे पड रहे हो तो सांधोको और जहाँ ठंडापन है वहाँ रात सोते वक्त सुखा सुंठ पावडर मसले|

तो है न बहोत उपयुक्त – सुंठ|

Dry Ginger Powder – Healer against Rainy Diseases. (Home Remedy No. – 02) Blog.- 21

As rain is increasing so are diseases of rain especially stomach pain, joint pain and cold.
So the Home Remedy is

Dry Ginger Powder

  • So if you are having stomach pain then take Sunth powder (Dry Ginger powder) mix it with jaggery make tablets and have it before meals.
  • If you’re suffering from a lot of cold and blocked sinuses then take Sunth (Dry Ginger powder) powder in a pan, heat it and inhale the fumes through your nose.
  • If you have joint pain because the coldness of the rains then apply Dry Sunth Powder(Dry Ginger powder) to all your joints which are painting at bedtime.

So isn’t Sunth i.e. Dry ginger a wonder for rainy season.
